STANDART DELIVERY
- Orders placed before 14:00 on our webpage will be shipped the next working day. You will receive your parcel depending on the country where the delivery address is located. Please see the table below.
- You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.
- We receive only prepaid payments for delivery addresses in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
- We accept COD payments only for delivery addresses in Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.
- You can track your order here
- Please check your parcel upon delivery and while the driver is still present. If the item appears to have been tampered with in any way, please advise the driver and refuse the delivery. In this case please contact us and we will discuss further steps.
- If you do not advise the driver at the time of delivery, this could reduce the chances of a successful claim if needed.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
- Only prepaid orders are accepted for the Express delivery service.
- Orders placed before noon are dispatched the very same day. 95% of all orders are delivered the next business day.
- All parcels require a signature upon delivery.
- Once dispatched, you will be notified via MUSE email with your tracking number.
- Further notifications are made by the courier (SMS/email) the day before the delivery.
- You can track your order on the official ………. website here or use ………….. to change the delivery or manage preferences.
- In case you are not in, there will be another delivery attempt on the next business day. Courier will make 3 attempts.
